Upon arrival to camp, our camp staff will greet you and deliver your camper's luggage to the cabin area. You will then go to the registration tent to pick up your camper's cabin assignment and drop off any medications with the medic. You and your camper may then tour the grounds, cool down with a delicious smoothie from Cedar Creek Coffee Shop, and meet your camper's counselor. Parents are invited to a parent's meeting at 5:45 pm in the Lodge, followed by a complimentary BBQ.

A photo with your child and their cabin mates, along with a DVD of your child's camp session will be available for purchase. If you are interested in purchasing one or both of these items, please order at the camp store after check-in on the first day of camp. Be sure to pick them up the last day of camp.
If you ordered when you registered, you do not need to do anything further at check-in, just be sure to pick them up the last day of camp.
The health and safety of each camper is our top priority. Our qualified medical personnel will care for any illness or injury sustained while at camp. A quality 24-hour medical facility is located in nearby Lebanon should their services be needed. Our medical personnel collect and distribute all medicines to campers. Remember...all prescription medications MUST be in original container with camper's name, name of medication, and directions clearly marked on the pharmacy label. All over-the-counter medications MUST be in the original container and accompanied by parental instructions. Medication not complying with this policy will NOT be given.
Please label all belongings. Camp Tadmor is not responsible for lost items. Please keep track of all items sent to camp. It is your responsibility to call and make arrangements to look for and pick up lost items. All lost and found items will be kept for two weeks after each camp session. Any lost and found items left longer than two weeks will be taken to a local charity.

Older mapping software will direct you to take Jones Rd. by Foster Reservoir. This road is a private logging road that does not go through to camp. A map with accurate directions to camp is available here. If you use the GPS app on your phone, please confirm that it does not use Jones Rd.
