FREE Theme T-shirt for Every Camper!

Once again we are giving every camper a theme shirt this year. Shirts will be handed out at the beginning of the week. Please make sure and select the size for the t-shirt on your registration.

The security of our campers is of utmost importance. Therefore, we discourage visitation during the camp week.

Cabin Photo and Camp Video

A photo with your child and his cabin mates, along with a DVD of your child’s camp session will be available for purchase. If you are interested in purchasing one or both of these items, please order at the camp store after check-in on the first day of camp. Be sure to pick them up the last day of camp.

Payments and Refunds

There is a $50 non-refundable registration deposit. The balance of the camper fee is due 30 days prior to the first day of the camp session.

Adventure camps require a 15-day cancellation notice to receive a refund of the balance. For all other camps, to receive a refund of your balance you must notify Camp Tadmor by phone of your cancellation by noon on Thursday of the week before your camp.

Health and Safety of Campers

The health and safety of each camper is our top priority. Our qualified medical personnel will care for any illness or injury sustained while at camp. A quality 24-hour medical facility is located in nearby Lebanon should their services be needed. Our medical personnel collect and distribute all medicines to campers.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In Time

All sessions: 4:00 - 5:30 pm in the Forum on the first day of camp. After dropping your child off feel free to tour the camp, meet your child’s counselor, etc. Parents are also invited to complimentary BBQ and parent meeting at 5:45.

Check-Out Day and Time

Please meet your child at the Forum at 10:00 a.m. on the last day of camp.

Cabin Buddy

In order to guaranty that your camper will be placed in the same cabin as his/her friends, all registrations must be mailed in the same envelope. All registration and health forms must be completed accompanied by a $50 deposit for each camper (limit of 4 campers total of all one gender). Online registration is not available for the cabin buddy program.
